Jeddah Marriott Hotel Madinah Road

My stay was more than perfect, stuff was amazing and helpful as usual.. i've requested an early check in to the hotel cause my flight was at morning ,( BANDAR ALHARITHI ) had organized everything thing to me , the room was ready and clean with the complementary cake and fruits ! (Thank you ) ... and as usual (WaAD) was always there from the back office checking up on me if i needed anything .. This girl is amazing and this is the second time am dealing with her and am so speechless and i can't tell how good and nice the stuff are there at the hotel....I feel home !

I got free room upgrade, hotel, facilities, and rooms are worth it.

Staff was very supportive and helpful; they upgrade my room as i was looking for room for smoking which wasn’t available, and they compensate me by upgrading ; Also the staff in the resting was very kind and supportive especially Fatimah she host us and offering her support if needed that was very nice.

Everything were perfect. The reception staff, car parking staff, housekeeping staff, fitness & pool staff & restaurant staff were helpful & welcomed. Really, the period that we spent in jeddah & hotel specially was wonderful.

Absolutely charmed by the receptionist! She was not only incredibly cute but also went above and beyond by upgrading my room. Her exceptional service has won my loyalty forever. Whenever I visit Jeddah, there's no doubt – it's Marriott Hotel all the way!
